Sizing ~ All of our patterns come in standard sewing sizes. For Girls sizes, this is usually one or two sizes smaller than the size you would regularly buy in the store. All of us have different sizes and shapes, and our patterns are not custom-fit patterns sized to fit each and every individual. If you are taller or shorter, or have broader or narrower shoulders in general, you will have to take that into consideration when you are cutting out the garment and adjust accordingly. Under each of our ladies pattern descriptions are different measurement charts which are more specific for each of the garments. Patterns ~ All our patterns come printed on sturdy paper in a simple printed envelope with yardage & material requirements and comprehensive illustrated sewing instructions. Sizes included in each pattern are indicated in each specific description. Ordering ~ To order patterns from us you can either call in your order, send it to us via fax, e-mail, or US mail, or place your order on-line as you look around. If you prefer to call in or mail your order to us, the easiest way to order is to print out our order form and fill in the information you choose as you look around. You may pay by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We would be happy to receive your order with any of the above options, however we cannot ship your order without full payment. Please also feel free to call or e-mail us with questions if something is confusing to you, or if you would like a little help with something. We are always happy to talk with you.

Shipping ~ Order processing time is approximately 2 weeks from the time the order is placed. We usually have all our patterns in stock, but if we are out of anything it may take a little longer. Most packages sent in the USA are shipped Priority Mail. For shipping to foreign countries we charge actual shipping to credit card order.

Guarantee ~ All our patterns were produced by hand with the greatest care and printed from a large format copy machine. If you receive your order and are not happy with an item, please let us know. We are committed to your satisfaction, and if you are not happy, we would like to know.
